Our company provides service maintenance of all our products.

On December 1, 2016 we opened a service center and a trade point in the Navoi region, Navoiy district, in the building of JSC "Uzbektelecom" Navoi branch, Karmana telecommunications network node where  on the street Q.Qarshieva 4a.

The service center offers repair, diagnostics, technical inspection, comprehensive support and after-sales service for the telecommunication equipment produced in the JV LLC «TELECOM INNOVATIONS».

The Centre will provide both free and paid services, and a mono-brand service center specializes exclusively in serving all kinds of telecommunication equipments. In the service center you can buy telecommunication equipment and spare parts.

One of the priorities of the "Service Center" is the maximum optimization of all types of repairs, and provide technical support for all the equipments. Exclusive service center is the first in Uzbekistan authorized service LLC JV «TELECOM INNOVATIONS», completely covers the weight range of services.

Warranty repair

The service center has the status of an Exclusive service center. For this reason it has the right to make warranty repairs of any product brand «TELECOM INNOVATIONS». 

Necessary documents for warranty repairs

For warranty repair requires the manufacturer warranty card and a document certifying the identity of the buyer. The warranty card must be properly completed.

If there is no warranty card, you have to show identity documents.

Post-warranty service

In the event that the warranty period has expired, while the products have technical problems, you can contact the service center for repair on a paid basis. To do this, you should contact your dealer with the product for its diagnosis. After the diagnosis of experts clarify the cost of repairs. If you agree to a paid repair, we will produce it and in time, using only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
